My preference are Accuvue Hydraclear Oasys lenses and Clear Care solution. I never even know they're in, and they never get dry or scratchy.

Make sure your doctor shows you how to properly insert and remove them.

You should always remove them when sleeping (overnight; leaving them in for a nap is fine). Otherwise you risk infection.

A definite yay from me. I've had contacts since I was about 13 or 14 years old, and I loooove them. They just make you look better than having to wear glasses. Although some people do look nice in glasses too.
