apparently, our country, who's known for underinvesting in military equipment since we have great neighbours (the 'cosy' Dutch, the 'warm' French and the effing Germans. However, I just heard that soldiers on exercise in the woods are required to yell 'pang-pang' instead of shooting their gun cuz the current inventory of ammunition provides for 4 rounds/soldier until 2010 or something.
