It's a cozy 2800 sq feet.
Our previous home was 4200 sq ft. and we were lucky to unload it before the real estate crunch.

It was a "short sale", ie, a soon-to-be bank takeover. Half of the original asking price. It was on the market for a while. For many reasons. The neighbors to the south have discarded appliances in the back of their home. I'll post a photo.....

He has a pot bellied pig, too.
He also owns 4 acres behind us, and refuses to sell to developers. "He likes the space".
Adds character to the neighborhood.
