For a yr I took a Shamanic/wild woman /dark goddess class that covered Lucid dreaming a bunch - THEN the teacher asked me to help her and for 3 yrs after that I was her assistant in many of her classes There is actual physical exercizes one can do to help - give me a while and I will try to find the book
