i went to an Afrikan dance/drum class...worked up a sweat -- it was wonderful...


...then everything sorta went downhill from there.

i found those classes on a whim - i wasn't even searching for them online, i just kinda stumbled upon it and decided to try it out...


crazy awesome - and now i'm just counting down to belly dancing...

I'd been fretting about something, for all sorts of reasons. Went to church with hope that God would provide tangible solutions.

And, He did. God gave me a big ol' "Don't you werry 'bout a thing, son. I got you," that I really, really needed.

People who doubt miracles should talk to me, because I got some on file that would astound...

Now, I'm sippin' some Italian Soda, about to hit the hay.

I just finished my first day of my shelter medicine rotation and it was awesome!

Not only do they not work us to death but in addition to seeing, treating, and learning about many different infectious diseases and other health conditions (something I love) we also get to have a hand in setting up and running a clinic. LSU just got a mobile small animal veterinary unit and we get to help organize and set it up. I think I'm really going to enjoy this rotation.


I also heard to day that it's going to rain all week. We really need it.
