Yep, I signed the papers back in January to buy a townhouse, they have just about finished building it!!!! I close on June 26th and will be moving on June 28th!!!! I can't believe that just a year ago I was dreaming about buying a Ryan townhouse house and now I'm getting ready to move in to my own house!!!! At 25, I never thought that I would be so focused and driven on accomplishing this goal, but it is finally happening!!!!!

ive been considering new construction too for my next home. Exhisting new construction that is being sold by the builder seems to be getting discount of 100-150 thousand off the asking price.

its also making me consider looking into building my dream home, basically a 2000 square ft bauhaus style glass box with one side as a living area and the other side the bedroom suite. With the baths,kitchen and fireplace cetrally located dividing the two spaces from one another. And of course a pool.
