I just had... the second best cookie I have ever tasted in my life. It was oatmeal raisin..and it was from a cafeteria..damn that shit was good. Nice and chewy and flavorful. Each bite was heaven, no lie. It's official..my favorite cookie is Oatmeal Raisin "Climb in my fur." | |

Oatmeal Raisin are the BEST! They are my favorite as well. Pepperidge Farm (I think that's the company) makes some good ones! Soft, chewy and yummy! Their glazed oatmeal are good too! | |

There is this place across from where I work, the Paradise Cafe..they make the best Oatmeal raisin, and very good Snickerdoodles...And the chocolate chip cookies are the best... ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

It's such a simple recipe...
A recipe for snickerdoodle cookies 1 c butter 1 1/2 c sugar 2 eggs 2 3/4 c flour 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp soda 1/2 tsp salt Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix. Mix flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt in second bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture; let stand in refrigerator until cool. Roll into small balls. Roll balls in cinnamon and sugar mixture (1/2 c sugar and 3 tbsp cinnamon). Bake in 400 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. | |
