I haven't tried that much of a variety, but I've been really happy with the Mary Kay foundation I use.

I was a Neutrogena freak (Healthy Skin Foundation) but they stopped making it in shades for darker skin hammer

I'm now MAC faithful. I combine the spf (standard foundation) with the Hyperreal (has a bit of shimmer, gives a bit of a glow)...

WHY - it matches my skintone very well, it's got spf built in, the formula always glides on & is never chalky looking, makes my skin look healthy & nobody can tell I'm wearing any (which is exactly what foundation is supposed to do)...

"why" edit lol

nod

It's the best I've ever used. I don't wear it all the time, but I can tell a huge difference when I do versus when I don't. And yet you're exactly right, no one would guess I'm wearing any.

I'm not really a fan of foundation, but I do use it occasionally. I like to mix it with a bit of my moisturizer to make a tinted moisturizer nod

I like these:

My skin is a bit on the sensitive side and I like these 'cause they don't make me break out and they make my skin look flawless woot!

I dot concealer under my eyes and around the creases in my nose and that's it.

Mach...Neutrogena makes a tinted moisturizer that looks natural. They also make something called sheers. It's like a tinted moisturizer I believe. It isn't as thick so the coverage is less/thinner and supposedly looks more natural.

JazzMeUp

The Clinique (top) one is good. General rule with foundation: less is definetly more.

If you go to Sephora or a Clinique counter or any dept. store they'll do a little consultation and match the shade for you.

If you really want a good foundation then that may be worth it to you.
