This may be a modern b movie, but the grit and fun that Denzel has with the wicked cop role is worth watching this one. Some black Americans didn't like the fact that Denzel played a bad guy.

Fun, gritty, violent flick. One of my faves. The police do actually think like this.

If you like that movie chekc out Street Kings with Forrest Whitaker is a good police drama too!!!

King of New York is great too!!! Lawernce Fishburne and Chirstopher Walken in that one.

I can't believe some black folks were upset Denzel played a bad cat. Dumbasses. What's wrong with playing a bad guy? It was a welcome change for Denzel. Alonzo was great - one of my favorite characters.

I really liked this movie. i had no idea that it was considered a B-movie.
