how in THE HELL do i STOP...

...getting the hardcore giggles around guys?

not just any guy, obviously rolleyes but guys i like!!

boxed

ok so my neighbor's sons are tryina help me find a job for the summer, and one of them, is super cute (but too old for me, but very good looking regardless)

and he's talking all nice to me, and winking at me, and looked me up and down as i came in (i don't blame him, i looked hot today lol yay no pants!) and i just forgot EVERYTHING i wanted to ask them about the job position, and i got all giggly, and just started retardedly rambling - i mean granted, i do ramble a lot, kind of like i am now, and that's just me... but this was ridiculous...

my mother's been wanting me to hook up with him but i think he's out of my age range (i don't know how old he is, but i figure he's 8 or more years my senior)
now, i would go on a date with him if he were to ask me but that's beyond the point!!!

HOW CAN I STOP THE GIGGLES?! They're totally cramping my style.

i try to breathe deeply before i approach their house (i don't have much time to, they're right. next. door.) but it all goes to SHIT when i go in...

like damn!

POINTERS PEOPLE. HALP. KTHNXBAI.

I wish I knew.

When I was in college and, er, about your age... (*in old fogey voice*) ... a dude who worked in my office was going with this woman who was extremely good-looking. She was the late-20s niece of a famous Hollywood producer and yet somehow wasn't in any of the mogul's projects. It was confounding -- she was that gorgeous, at the risk of overstatement. And, the dude in my office she was dating was a notorious ladies man. Ahh, the injustices of life.

Anyway, whenever she would come to the office -- drop of dry-cleaning for him or whatever -- I would just start cheesing. mr.green

I'm usually really low-key, but I'd lose all composure. After the second time it happened, my boss (an archetypal matriarch, if ever there was one), caught on and poked fun. comfort My office was predominated by women in their 30s and beyond, so it didn't take long for it to be seen as a cute joke. redface

hmmm

Nope, got no solution for ya.

Yeah, I took to making myself scarce, when she'd come around. Obviously, that's not an option, if you're going to be working with him.

Try to focus on something about him that's a flaw, whether physical or character-related.

Just a thought, but maybe he doesn't mind it. Maybe he actually thinks it's cute, or even really attractive. From what I've seen and experienced it seems to me that most men actually think it's oh so cute cuz it makes them feel good about themselves. Kinda like "I make this girl so nervous with my hotness.. I'm so cool". Next time you have verbal diarrhea he can kiss you to make you go silent.
