Oh, shit... that's funny! I think he kept him on the line just long enough to get his license number. I worked for DMV in Calif. for over 12 years, dealt with this shit almost daily. It's funny, cuz with these types of people, it's always everyone else's fault, never theirs. Makes me glad I don't work there anymore... but, I thought the clerk handled it quite well.  |
