I just volunteered to do photoshop work for a big independent movie, and they were so excited that I have a lot of experience with it, that they gave me the most complicated frames to work on.
I see the frames, and I panic. I've never done such a work before and the samples they gave me for reference, won't open on my computer, so I'm supposed to work only according to written guidelines.
This movie is big. I met with the director and she was happy to have me in her team.

Minimum hours of work to be in the team is 15 per week.
If I make it, this could be a great reference for the future.

Someone make me work. PLEASE!!!!

She says this type of work pays very well for experienced people.
Even if it won't get me more work in the future, it's an experience for me, and good schooling in this work.

Not really. But I spoke to an immigrant aid services and they say that if I get a job offer, it'll give me the points I'm missing to ask for a permanent resident visa. Problem is getting a job offer from a legit business.
