I tend to laugh too. I can't help it, especially if the guy is a hot honey-bunny. I only stop as I get used to his presence.

Maybe you should stop thinking that he's too old for you. If he's available and you're attracted to him, go for it. I know several couples that have a few years difference in age. You could be meant for each other.
Don't worry about the giggles too much, they'll stop if you get to know him better. He's probably flattered that you get flustered.
