She is not standing by her beliefs in the face of adversity. Ice Nine is not an adversary. The devil is an adversary, The romans killing Christians were adversaries. This is a matter of someone dismissing another individuals belief and talking over them.

Ice continually tried to get Rane to discuss, reason, and question but she would not participate, other than to spew scriptures and say all the things that would make one want to turn a deaf ear.

The problem never originated from her beliefs or Ice's beliefs. The problem lies in the DELIVERY... not the MESSAGE.

Rane can believe all she wants, and so do I -- I do believe in the same things she does: in God's Love, Salvation, etc.

I don't believe in creating drama. She claims she represents *her* views, but once you bring God into the picture, people can't help but make the connection.

I really miss JW1914. That person was really succinct and thoughtful. Never dismissed anyone's view point and always maintained his/her dignity and that of their faith.
