if Carlos Mencia really is stealing jokes, why doesn't he just go ahead and steal some good ones?

i really do dislike mencia, he is an obvious racist. don't believe me..his show is dedicated to culture's stereotypes to which he believes in.

Joe is a bit weird. I'm surprised he can restrain himself from killing the guy, he seems in a roid rage.

But it's odd, the first thing I heard about Mencia was that he stole jokes, and suddenly he was everywhere! I might resent that if I'd been doing it as long as Joe, who has never really made it as a comedian. Like he says, most people don't even know he is one.

I never get tired of this clip.

Mencia is the biggest turd unleashed on the unsuspecting public in years.

I blame Chappelle though, he could have stayed on and shown people the way, instead Comedy Central is stuck with this pale rip-off.
