Who is films biggest Loser?(pathetic character) For a while i was pretty convinced that if any director needed to Loser they should get William H Macy.
But after recently watching The Assisnation of Richard Nixon (which i thought was ripping off Taxi Driver)I would have to say that Sean Penn's character Samuel J. Bicke is my new all time "biggest loser in film." who's yours? spelling edits [Edited 5/23/08 11:11am] [Edited 5/23/08 11:17am] [Edited 5/23/08 11:18am] Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Well, I still cringe @ the part in Swingers where Favreau leaves the message for the girl he just met He's not the loser in the end but he is SO pathetic @ that point. I'll go w/ that moment for now

Both of my fave "losers" have been mentioned....as an actor, William H. Macy in "Boogie Nights" and "The Cooler" makes you wince at the screen...and John Favreau's scene in "Swingers" is painful to watch.... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

That guy has a subsciption on roles like that.....Fargo, anyone?? Great actor! Also, Philip Seymour Hoffman has had his share: Boogie Nights (as well), 25th Hour.... to name a few.

True...but he got major cool points for his character in MI: III and WHM was great in Fargo....I could watch him and Kevin Spacey all day... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.
