Interesting. Good luck to them! biggrin

But I thought this thread was going to be about

"Try to remember how you used to feel about me
and think about how you're treating me now.
Then try to reconcile them, if you can.
But you don't even remember, do you?"

great way to spend money smile

i really don't think they'll find the ever illusive Higgs boson even if
they come up with something it will be differnt from what they suppose
it to be now.

logically speaking the chances of them finding the higgs and thus have
the last piece of puzzele that backs up the current theories for the
standard model of the universe are extremely rare compared to the
stuff they may find that actually turns the current standard model on
it's head.

sure they're looking for the higgs but at such an infinitesimal level,
i'm thinking more will show up. in the end the hadron collider and all
that data it will spew out are gonna throw up more questions than they
will provide answers.

it's still extremely cool though, in the geek spectrum of things geek

ps: bbc's horizon documentaries rock

woot!

i'm totally into that stuff and have believed for a long time that god is ascientifically provable thing, not some jerk in the sky whistling 'i am love'.

in fact quantum physics already found 'god' a long time ago, its the central point of all substance in the universe.

it also has a conscience.

I don't have time to read the article at the moment but is this to do with proving the big bang as being the 4 equal laws of the universe coming together to create the universe?
