Fasting Tea for losing weight Has anyone here tried this tea before while they were trying to lose weight?
The girl at work has the "Detox" tea by the same maker and she said it works. I like to check stuff out before I try it. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Diet and exercise. That is all. I know I sound horrible when I say that but the trick is eating in moderation along with exercise.
I'm fat so you're probably saying "What the hell does he know." I've been in shape before and it was all because I watched what I ate and exercised. I'm only sayin'..... I agree, but I would like to know whether it will work Usually I'd say don't try anything, just stick with exercise and getting away from the dinner table.

I hear it works if you don't eat as much when you use it.

If you do try it out, please give updates. I'm always curious about teas and it seems pretty healthy. "When words fail, music speaks..." --- Shakespeare

Are you supposed to actually FAST with this?
I've heard about the virtues of fasting. The human body is designed to work in a state of hunger, which thanks (or no thanks) to our high standard of living most of us never experience anymore. So by fasting for a week, once a year, you can rid yourself of the toxins and undigested food that accumulates in your intestines. Or so I was told by a Bulgarian lady I used to work with that swore by it! By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!
