The normal rules of Truth or Dare say that there must be a group of people who are prepared to answer questions put to them and perform a dare if they decline to answer the question.

Play begins with one person asking another person in the group a question. The questions are usually somewhat personal or involve a dilemma. If the person asked answers the question, it is then their turn to ask someone else in the group a question. However, if they refuse to answer then a dare is given to them by the person who posed the question. If the dare is refused to be carried out, that person is then out of the game.
