Same here, the only soap I can use anymore is Dove for sensitive skin. If I try using another kind of soap, my facial skin gets beet red and very dried out. I definitely think I have an allergy. and im the complete opposite, im highly allergic to Dove.. i cant use any soap with lotions and perfumes in them.., but yet, perfume itself doesnt bother me..

I'm severely allergic to dustmites and I have some issues with pollen. My allergist swears by nasal irrigation with warm saline water - and it really does work!

So things that you've never had a problem with you can suddenly become allergic to in your 30s and older. A few of my friends have become lactose intolerant after consuming milk products all their lives. I'd die without ice cream.
That's what happened to me, I all of a sudden, became lactose intolerant. If I drink milk, my stomach cramps up and I get the runs. I dread becoming lactose intolerant although it's already begun with not being able to eat yogurt and cream cheese. I ate soft serve ice cream in a cone last weekend and that was fine. I don't know what I'll do if I can't eat cheese or include milk in cereal. My mom became lactose intolerant after giving birth to me. So I figured as long as I don't have children I should be fine. That's what I keep saying to convince myself. My allergies have been off the hook this season. Between dust, pollen, and the air conditioner at a resort in LV apparently was the worst over this past weekend. I think the AC especially in newer buildings that are always on causes me to sneeze which leads to blowing and then congestion. I should do the nasal irrigation but I'm lazy and prefer popping Benadryl and getting drowsy. My skin is very sensitive to hot weather/sun. If I don't lather myself with sunscreen, I develop heat bumps on my hands and other exposed areas within a day. I have to wear hats and keep my body covered as much as possible; even with the melanin I have to keep covered. I'm allergic to most fragranced soaps, most antibiotics oh and Ibuprofens. Polyurethane is too thick. Some perfumes send me straight into asthma attacks, dust and roaches do me in. That goes ditto for cats and dogs too. But I can still indulge in lots of icecream

I have had 3 allergy skin tests in my life.
I am highly allergic to mold, dust, most trees, most pollens. Then comes the perfumes/fragrances and smoke gets to my allergies as well. Thank goodness my dog/cat dander did not come up. I am suffering at the moment. I think it is all of the "new" pollens here that I am being exposed to for the first time. It sucks. I used to get allergy injections in the states. It is a long process but it worked.

I looooove me some tropical fruits and have never really had a food allergy (slight lactose when I was young though). Just recently, I've noticed when I eat pineapple, my tongue starts hurting like crazy! I guess I'm developing a food allergy to that. Ugh!!!! For the love of a biscuit!!!!! I also avoid pineapple, grapefruit and oranges. I get the itchy tongue, and that feeling that it's really sore like I burned it on hot tea. I keep thinking of things! (I once had a b.f. tell me all my food "things" were really annoying.) Now I'm depressed. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. Plus, it's hard for me to eat fast food (ick) or pretty much anything fried with friends since I can't eat greasy foods. My stomach cramps up and I end up really sick. I've been tested for gall stones, ulcers, etc but the doctors couldn't figure out what is wrong. "When words fail, music speaks..." --- Shakespeare
