Has Anyone Noticed?..... How the smell of Manure seems to have changed? 
...It used to smell Crisp and Strawy and made the nostrils stand to attention 
...But now it just seems to smell dull and claggy 
...Is the quality of

I never really got up close and personal with manure, although they once took us to a dairy farm on a school trip, it smelled so vile I cried.

since i started drinking Guinness my manures been a disgrace.  Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Our gardens at work were fertilized with manure, but instead of smelling the way you described, it smelled very much like rotting trash. It was terrible. | |

It's because they feed cattle all kinds of nastyass soy feed - instead of letting them live on pasture (which is their natural diet).
Don't even get me started on the smell of the bathroom at work after lunch - when the women I work with have all had their soy/grain lunches.  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

Go on a low-carb diet sometime. I mean really low - like 30 grams of effective carbohydrate a day or less. You will totally smell a difference. It's the same for cattle. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
