I think that I'm just gonna use this thread and say it since I think it all the time. 
Phil and Val are some of the nicest people, alongside Alun and Herman (who I never see enough!), they're some of the first orgers with whom I've instantly clicked on meeting them. I regard them as real friends, and I look forward to many more meetings with them in the future. Great, sweet people.
