Quick Ways To Get Into Shape?

So it's almost winter and I'm eating more than ever lately.

I wanna know some quick and fairly easy ways to lose weight or at least get fit.

It's my last year of high school so I don't have a lot of time on my hands.

Any tips or tricks?

But at 17 years old, your metabolism is on your side. Eat properly and excercise every day--I don't care about this ever other day shit, or 3 days on 1 day off shit. Do it every day.

You'd be surprised how quickly someone your age can firm up.




But it will be the last time in your life that it will be that easy lol

eat salads and everything that doesnt taste good and workout three times a week with weights and u will come close to lookin like me .....
