... or well, it was supposed to say 'Where there's a will, there's a way', but apparently she, and the tattoo artist are piss poor at English , cause if you look close enough, you'll see that the text actually reads
"There were is mill, there is a road"

apparently the people at the tabloid aren't too quick either
