I'd rather hear repeats of this week's show. I like the old shows-because there are some classics-but for the most part, they pale in comparison to the new ones... We are in the Golden Age of Howard now. Artie rules (eff Jackie)! The other day, when they were goofing on Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous? And when Baby Gorilla told his hospital story? Good times... Good times...

Relaxed in peace and quiet. Answered email. Surfed the Net. Got in touch with my ex to make sure she knew NIN tix were going on sale today. Called my parents.
Life is good. How was your day? Tell us about a day you really enjoyed. My day was the opposite of yours, but at least I've still above the dirt. 'A good day is any day that you're alive.' - Paul Westerberg/Gene Simmons, etc.

Hurt my knee hauling dead branches I'd cut with a chainsaw, a few days ago. Haven't been able to run. Worked yesterday, and it hurt like hell today when I woke up.....so I called in sick. Been icing it, taking naproxsyn and it's better.
All's good. Watching that new Dylan video that's out. What a waste, and I think I accidently bought the more expensive two disc one....dang!

was mothers day 2004 my then 5 yr old son, came into my bedroom, and proceeded to dump a whole bunch of balloons on my bed. inside each balloon, was a chocolate toffee, and a little cardboard love-heart telling me why he loves me all his own idea !! well, he got it from a tv show (and daddy had to help a little -under instruction:smile:) i had to explain the concept of "happy tears" that day OMG, that is so sweet! RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I had a quiet day at work, we closed the office early! Went home and chilled a bit. Then went to the yachtclub where a friend of mine was baptising his new boat....lots of cool people there, some of which I had not seen for a long while! Had dinner with my dad, who was there at the yachtclub as well. Then headed back into town to hit a bar where some friends were.....drank some more beers. It was all good! Hot spring-days in Amsterdam are fun!

Genesia said: One of my best days ever was a day I had in Paris. My sweetie and I split up for the day - he went golfing, I went fabric shopping. The weather was perfect...and I found two fabulous fabric stores - one in Montmartre.
Sweetie and I met back at the hotel and got ready to go out. We had an amazing three-hour dinner at Spoon Food and Wine (Alain Ducasse's fusion restaurant off the Champs Elysees), then rode the ferris wheel and went to the Buddha Bar for a drink. After we got back to the hotel, thunderstorms moved in - so we listened to the rain on the window all night. Of course, the day before that, we had ice cream at Berthillon, lunch at a great little café and went out to Versailles - which was also pretty spectacular. Any day I spend with him is good. That sounds amazing.

"..... and mandating that La-Z-boys be the only type of home furnishing permissible." Wishful thinking..... My grandfather had one in black and white from the 1950's that had a switch, so it vibrated. It made my tush itch. Great idea gone wrong.

I mean, does anybody actually find the vibrations anything like a massage and/or relaxing?
