My parents got into a big argument because my dad missed my birth. And on top of that, he had bought me a bracelet with my name on it, but the problem was that he spelled my name wrong. The bracelet said Yessica, but I'm Jessica

my father had been away at the "silver broom" world curling championship
i guess mom met him at the door with her suitcase when he finally got home.
they claim they were happy with a fourth daughter lmao but i bet a tiny part of them went another one?

from what I understand my father wasn't there when I was born but he did name me the next morning.

my dad was in Vietnam at the time but my aunty was there and my brother (6 at the time) and my sister (4 at the time) were there. My younger brother was born 14 years later.

Luckily, we both survived.

My dad acted like an ass and was asked to leave because he was yelling and causing my mom stress. My mom and I were both sick and my dad felt like they were not telling him enough so he had to leave.

My grandma was there, but my dad was in germany doing his dental finals. Three months later he came up and they gave me a name. Before that my mum called me "the doll" (Dockan).

My dad was sleeping as I was coming out. I was coming for 23 hrs.....

THat' funny...I know that I was concieved on New Year's Eve. That's what my Dad told me. And I was like Ewww! Parents having sex!

But when I was born, just chillin at the hospital!

Seriously...most Libras are concieved between New Years and Valentine's.

The day I was born my parents were at a houseparty and apparently my labor kicked in while my mama was eating a plate of greens with hot sauce...

My mom was a HUGE fan of Rick Springfield. And on my birthday she invited all of her friends over to my grandmother's house to watch his concert, which so happened to premiere that day on MTV. My grands had cable, so any major event on cable would happen over there. I couldn't have picked the worse time for me to decide to get ready to visit planet Earth. They had to rush her to the hospital so that I could be born.

She was upset that she missed her beloved Rick Springfield concert. She had to settle for "The Love Boat" in the ER. Thankfully she hadn't taken this out on me.

my mom tells me that my dad watched me being born on this mirror set up they had in the delivery room. After i was born, the doctors let him cut the cord.

My father was on his way from work when my mother called him to tell him that she was in labor. He didn't have a car at the time and no money for the bus but the bus driver let him on anyway. When he got to where my mother was at he ran into his best friend who had a car and took my dad and my mother to the hospital for me to be born.
