I have tried numerous "energy" drinks and apparently I must be immune to their effects....none has worked for me....am always willing to try something better though....

I have used Tylenol PM before, but it makes me groggy in the AM which is almost as bad as feeling tired the rest of the day. I HAVE to be up every morning at a certain time to get the kids to school.

I have prescription sleep medicine, but I resist taking it because I'm alone now. I don't want to oversleep or anything.
