I thought the answer was...

It depends, has anyone asked the lightbulb whether it wants to be screwed in in the first place?

Answer : That's not easy to answer...

- 30 persons to form a committee to select the right lightbulb.
- 20 to investigate why the choice in lightbulbs is so limited.
- 60 would not select or investigate or screw, but just plain protest that the committee and the investigators are getting a little bit too elitist for the good of the project.
- 10 Libertarian dignitaries to save the lightbulb screwing project from sinking to the bottom of the sea, given a schism or two.
- 300 staffers to oversee a referendum where all libertarians would get a chance to decide on the lightbulb.
- How many Libertarians are there, Icenine? Add them to the total.
- 1 Libertarian to screw the damn thing on.

Why should you impose your belief that the lightbulb NEEDS changing?
Maybe the guy WANTS to sit in the dark.
