Brownsugar said: That's a great program. You meet 1 day a week, and have an assignmet due each week. You have class one night a week as well. The classes last 5 weeks, so they're very fast--but you do everything in teams, just like 'tiger teams' that companies often set up for projects. I was shocked how closely the teams mirror what happens in the corporate environment. And if by the time you're done with the program you're public speaking skills will be 100% improved. I have absolutely no fear of publics speaking now.

1. Loose weight. (I have 30 pounds of weight still left to loose), and I started what I call 'phase 2' of my program this week. I'm excited, but I know it will be slow and grueling--but as far as I look at it, what choice do I have? To stay fat? no if I can help it.
2. Take control of my finances 3. re-imagine and invent my life. The old one is over.

Because it's a private University, even though it's regionally accredited, they still don't accept all lower level (AA) credits--I had taken 3 math courses up to Trigonometry, and 3 English Lit courses through The University of Maryland, and they made me take rudimentary Algebra and English over again--those courses were a waste of my time being that 5 weeks of Algebra doesn't teach you shit -- But that's the perils of going private for a University and not a state run one.

It only takes killing off that part of you that always feels sorry for itself and wraps excuses around you like a fucking shroud! I'm excited about this year. I mean, I can conceivably see myself by Fall, not just being back to my 2004/2005 weight, but back to my Military weight if I just apply myself hard enough. 2008 is just a stellar year-- so many challenges, and 'bumps', but for some reason, I refuse to be defeated by them this time. It's just time for me to stop playing the victim, you know.

Well, you can start by finding me a company in the UK willing to hire Americans on work visas. Oh, the job has to pay at least the equivalent of 75+ grand as well (adjusted for living costs there of course), and 4 weeks of vacation. I love you Rodeo
