Any one seen this?

I used to a dental assistant and my Father and Brother and Uncle were dentist and nothing beats some hydrogren peroxide and baking soda on a tooth brush 2-3 times a week. Brush gently for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

I am a heavy tea and juice drinker and this keeps my teeth white and gums healthy until my 6 months cleaning, also helps with tartar build up.

I did the Zoom whitening system (550.00) at the dentist office.It worked but it hurt. Its sooo bad for your enamel.

Now, all I do is get the refills from the dentist and whiten at night

Thanks for the info. i've been using peroxide for awhile now and i did try those strips before.
