fighting the craving

so i was a good girl this weekend and went to the gym, tried to eat healthy, and all that wonderfulness.

but now all i want is a brownie. an ooey gooey chocolate brownie. i'm seriously considering going out to the grocery store in the pouring rain, just to get one of those warm delights or something similar.

so org...what should i do? should i brave the elements for chocolate or should i sit my ass at home and refrain from indulging?

hmmm

i'm going to have to try that some time.

the way i'm justifying this slip up is that earlier today i resisted going to the waffle house and gorging myself on ooey gooey buttery waffles with eggs and sausage. so i guess i just gave in a little?

I just fought off my craving to have one of those 100 calorie pack Banana crumb cake bites disbelief

Instead I had a half glass of Green Plant (Trader Joes) followed by a strip of dried banana (also TJ's, called "Nothin' But Dried Banana"). The banana is really sweet & though not as good as fresh fruit it makes me feel like I've had a treat. At least that's what I'm telling myself at the moment. We'll see if I cave later in the evening eek

Keep with holding and your ass will go out on a binge and then you'll really regret it.

But I swear to you if you have it at your grocer, get some No Pudge Fudge. It is good! All you do is add a container of vanilla yogurt to it.

So worth it and it tastes hella good...trust me

Girls. rolleyes

Eat the fuckin' brownie.

Jersey just polished off an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Phish Food in like three minutes.

Tell yourself you could be doing that, and the brownie won't seem so bad.

Have half a brownie instead of the whole brownie. you shouldn't deny yourself something that you crave, when you do, all of that builds up until one day you just binge on all the things you have been depriving yourself.

Just eat your favorite pig out foods sparsingly and in moderation. Thats the best way to do it.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Come on, now. When the yummy goodness beckons, you're able to say: "Hey, I've been to the gym."

It beckoned me after my movie, and I said, "Hey, I've been to the gym..."

Or a sign that she had something with aspartame. In which case her body might want the chocolate to level out her serotonin.
