The make up makes her look older...not 21 ..but maybe 15 or 16
And the only reason she has it on as that was a dance night (fun one..for all the kids) but Taylor and her partner and a couple of other couples had to do a demo as they won in the last big comp (ballroom dancing)....hence the make up...which as u can see from a couple of meters away isn't that noticable...some of the girls younger than her have the fake eyelashes and eye shadow that goes all the way to their temple  | |

..they grow up so fast 
She went off to the water park with 13 or her male and female friends..unfortunatly I had to work so her Dad is on supervising duty ...but I did have to make lunch for them all this morning ....it looked like enough to eat for a month ....
I couldn't be any prouder of the person she is becoming... Happy Birthday beautiful...I love you
