Because of the housing crises. There's philosophical answer to it, but it would take pages to type out and probably require Rodeoshro's help. lol

LMAO. I can explain it real simply. I think Ivy was the one who actually said it this way, though, so kudos to her:

The housing bubble burst, the economy is in the crapper, so Bush has resorted to welfare in an attempt to stave off an economic crisis.

And unfortunately, no rebate check for my family.

Who gets the cheques?

Rodeoschro must make more than 250 thousand a year lol

Anyone making less than that gets a rebate I believe.

Folks who make more than that tend to invest and not spend, so it doesn't stimulate the economy the same way. Or something like that shrug

It's bogus. To quote Patrick Ewing, "We might make a lot of money, but we spend a lot of money, too".

Of course, he was wearing glasses with clear lenses when he said that...

As a man who is climbing the corporate ladder right now, can you be honest with me.

Do dinner parties get more boring as you ascend the ladder?

Not if they're gay dinner parties.

There isn't a wealth of gay representation in the upper echelons of corporate America though neutral

And the dinner parties NOW at the level I'm at are boring as hell already.

i don't think so. refunds don't count as income because it was your money to begin with.

I think that's smart, so you'l have some money when you return. Otherwise you know what you would have spent it on...

The checks are being sent out according to the last 2 digits of your SS#

so the lower the last 2 digits are the faster you'll get your check
