I do wear one when I go out, never when I am at home and I don't believe that if your boobs are not extra big it makes a difference if you wear one or don't. I even heard it may be better to not wear one . Until I was I think maybe 30 or even older I never wore one except if I was wearing totally transparent shirts or something similar and that was maybe 5 times in all those years .

OMG!!! I just went home and changed my bra twice because the one I was wearing was so uncomfortable. I would so go without one if I could!!! I hate them
