Is there any way we could make homemade Lays & Ruffles?
Times are tough. I'm even thinking about quitting the old Mountain Dew because pop is getting expensive too. Shake it til ya make it

Whoa that's quite expensive, even compared to the prices where I live, in Reykjavik, one of the most expensive cities in the world! A 200g (7 oz) bag of Lays chips costs about 2.00-2.50 US$ at the local supermaket, whereas it might cost up to 5 dollars if bought at some 24 hours, 7-11 type of store. I haven't seen Ruffles chips in supermarkets here for ages, only at Subway. I wish they sold them in supermarkets. They are my favorite type of "plain" chips.

I just payed 4.89 plus some huge tax for a family size bag of ruffles, which isnt like the 'family sizer' they used to make things, its more like what the standard size bag was before.
