Washing your hair daily is a very bad game plan on many levels...most of all, it robs your hair of much needed moisture and or natural oils. The major mistake many of us make is running conditioner from stem to stern and what you need to do is place it only in what would be considered as the ponytail region. ( saves on greasy hair a day later.) Lastly, if you DO wash your hair daily, it over produces oil thus in turn causing you to feel the need to over wash it and creating the never ending cycle etc... etc...
The shampoo companies would love for you to continue your bad maintance and your hair dressers would like you to STOP! | |
