There was a time when I washed it 2x a week, then I would wash it every second day and now I wash it every morning. I may leave it a day if I am just kicking around the house on the weekend. I will say that my hair was a lot healthier when I washed it only twice a week...not that it's not in good shape now...it was just even healthier. | |

I try to wash every other day. My hair is super fine so it gets greasy. Sometimes I'll just wash my bangs, or I'll throw some baby powder in there to absorb the nastiness...or just wear a hat | |
