I think I was 14 or 15. My mom took me to a lot of bars and jazz clubs to listen to music. At the time SRV lived in Austin. I was moved by him then and immejetly developed a huge crush on him. love I cried so when he died in that helicopter cuz he was so personable you really felt like you knew him. I remember coming home from school and turning on the TV and it was on the news. sad bawl

Thanks, hun! My friends call me the Queen of Useless Information and Trivia. Plus I'm REAL detail-oriented. lol

My next car will have it built in too. Anytime there's something electrical, you can bet the farm it ain't gon' work right in a BMW. They build their cars purposely so it won't work with any third party equipment. Even with all this stuff in it, there are some radio features that don't work right because of the BMW computer. Fuckers! hammer But I love my baby though.

Dude, I got a 1980-somethin' tube set in my living room. My parents made me take it off their hands, because I rarely watch mine.

You and another strappin' dude probably could manage to carry the thing, for a few yards. thing weighs a ton. disbelief

Girl, please, I know how it is. When I was in my previous house, 2 years ago, I still had my 19-inch Sanyo from college that I bought in '91 and it still worked great. I also had a 27 inch set and that was pretty much it. When I built the house I'm in now, I figured I better get all this shit as I was moving in or else my lazy ass would keep putting it off and I would STILL be watching the 19" TV. lol

nod My 27" is from a county "auction", I paid $35-40. I'm ridin' that mf 'till it DIES falloff & the 21" was a gift to a former friend that I re-inherited lol That one cost about $60 I think, from a used tv store. I just don't replace things until they need to be replaced... but if I spent less $ on shoes I'd probably loosen up on that, huh? falloff Btw, I just got 4 pair of DIRT CHEAP leather boots from Shoe Pavillion - nobody was buying them b/c the calves are cut really small, but my skinny-ass calves fit perfectly! lol I'm get SO giddy when I find cheap shit woot!
