We visited Ground Zero today. Thought I would share some pics of our day.

Gotta say that ground zero was truly humbling
That and walking past one of the FDNY stations where 17 of their comrades fell that day.

Wow! Is that a foundation they have going on there?

I went there not long after it happened.. it was such an unforgettable experience.. the people around were lovely.. but it was all so very sad..

We had a long discussion about that flag in Sri Lanka while we were there, because the swastika is all over the place due to it being a used in Hindu temples etc...led on the the flag/racism discussion.....fucking org

The basic premise was "I am not a Republican, therefore I hate the troops, love terrorists and have an abortion every day." One of the lines was something about the guy wishing he could piss gasoline, so that after he's done pissing on Ol' Glory he could light it on fire.
