Not sure anyone said that either. I'm just curious, that's all. Someone talked about 'good ol' boys" so I figured that meant "white". Anyway, from what I read, it was boss talked with disrespect to employee, employee talked with even more disrespect to boss, employee was fired. Didn't see any mention of who was what race, so that's why I asked. That's all. | |

Honestly, even though I didn't mention race...it played a huge factor. I just didn't care to mention it. Hell, if it had been a crazy brotha, I'd probably just walked away.  And I'm not saying because of race or anything. If you can see beyond that.

I've cursed out many a bosses. There is no excuse for disrepecting employees they're the bread and the clients/customers are the butter. I can't seem to understand why some people don't get it.
Holding in stress is a ticket to an early grave. Just like crack kills, stress kills and assholes who cause stress need to be put in their pigeon hole every now and then. Now when you go to the unemployment office, tell them you were doing your job to the best of your ability and the boss was putting an unusual amount of pressure on you that particular day and constant pressure and stress 3 to 4 times a day daily. Tell them you tried to apologize after you realized you had spoken the words you weren't really intending to say, but they just slipped out unexpectedly due to the hugh amount of stress the boss constantly puts on you. And while you collecting, do as Gray says start your own game. | |
