And regardless of what 'face' you put on you cant make someone be into you-either they will or they won't; its all about chemistry. Its just a matter of finding the person who is on the same level as you.

eyepop STFU! His issue is his personality disorder. Little bit of therapy would go a long way! I survived 1:30 of that drivel!

Great response! It's not about looks. It's all about the fact that once a woman finds some tiny defect in your character, they drop you like a hot potato. Just being a little fidgety or hyperactive makes women judge a man adversely. In years past, women gave guys a chance. How do I know? Well, women in high school were not like they are today. Times have changed thanks to television.

whoops there it is. I do feel for him as that is true to an extent but work on the issue!

I'm sure there are internal factors as well as external ones. But what even if you're doing the right thing, what do you do if you get no results?

My personal experience had led me to believe that the problem is not 'what you do': the problem is 'what you are.' Either you can try to change what you are (not easy) or you make peace with what you are. At the very least, do not be like the guy in the clip and try to place the responsibility on anything but yourself. I may be, to paraphrase Lyle Lovett, a lonely, weak, pathetic man, but at least I'm self-aware enough to know that the problem is myself, not every woman in the world.

Why should I try to change myself to appease other people? I'm New Wave Forever, take me or leave me. Sure, I can always try and change the things that I'm flawed in, but I refuse to change my beliefs and values for the sake of someone.

Another thing is that folks talk about hitting the gym as part of creating some kind of change to make one desirable. Does that really matter, or are people trying to own up to society and even the media's standard of beauty? I'm not saying that you should get away with putting on 400 pounds, but it ain't like your gonna be a supermodel for Calvin Klein either. I don't aspire to be that way anyway. Not everyone has it in them to look like Tyson Beckford or Tyra Banks. I think it comes down to one's personality and what they stand for that makes them attractive. But that's just me.

I mean, I can't really fault this Steve guy. He's got a problem like me. But it's just that he might be a little misguided about why and is pointing his finger outwards. I don't think it's true that there's these external forces that are conspiring to create this problem for men. Maybe he's just weird or something. I don't know. shrug He's right about one thing though. Women do like to find fault in fellas so that they could easily write them off instead of actually taking time to getting to know them. They'll never know how sweet a guy can be because of some kind of superficial flaw they'll find in him, making it easy to just write him off. And Steve's not jiving either since I can tell you this from my own experiences.

One thing I will say is that I don't like the fact that people judge me harshly because I don't have the normal record number of relationships or liaisons and shit. I'm usually the punchline of every joke because I don't really have any stories to tell, and I'm fucking sick of it. mad

You shouldn't. But in this instance, you aren't trying to appease other people. You're trying to appease yourself. You want to get laid or find love. Ultimately, any changes you make in your personality, appearance, etc., aren't to please someone else. The end goal is all about you and what you want.

No, not women...people do this. It is absolutely NOT gender specific. Sure, draw on your own experiences to come to this conclusion when it comes to you, but do not dismiss others - women in this case - who say that men treat them the exact same way - they are basing it on their experiences as well.

Steve seems to not be able to find a women because women are turned off by his personality. I mean, all you have to do is watch his videos (and he has posted other weird videos on other topics) and you'll see his attitude is a complete turn off. I'm pretty sure this has always been the way he was. A personality is not some superficial flaw, it's a massive determining factor in if a person is attractive or not. Steve is simply not attractive because of his character...and yes, women and men are picky...picky...picky when it comes to determining whether they want to be with a certain personality type or not. Aren't you?

That's life - and EVERYONE is judged this way.

But I'm also filtering out the whole conspiracy theory dribble that he's talking about. Some part of me feels like there's hope but I'm just not seeing it right now. Also, I've yet to see any kind of resolution from these guys. I know the issue, but I'm not really digging where they're going with it.

I agree with a lot of the things that you said on this post.

Don't change because other people want you to.

I agree with that. But change it because you want to, or because it will lead to the the desired result. I don't think anyone should change who they are because someone else wants them to. But as I said in a post above, if a person wants something out of life that they are not getting, then they're going to have to change something about themselves or how they're going about getting it.

He's not getting women. But he doesn't want to change anything to get them. And he doesn't want to change the way he goes about getting them.

How is the situation going to change? confuse

I'll just be blunt here.

He needs a new haircut desperately, and a goatee wouldn't hurt.

Also, it wouldn't hurt him to wear more subdued colors with formal collars, ect. etc.

And what woman would NOT walk into that room (in the first video), and not think he was gay as hell? LOOK AT THE WALLPAPER! purse

This guy exudes absolutely no confidence. I mean you can tell in his demeanor , mannerisms, etc. etc. that he just lacks confidence. It doesn't matter how modern society gets--I would venture to think being 'protected' is something women, at least subconsciously, find attractive. And he just ain't gonna fit that bill.

Jesus. He's not getting lucky cause women are too picky--he ain't getting lucky cause ....well, look at him. That dude needs to change his attitude... that goes a looooonnnnggg way.
