Is this a local thing? Or has anyone else heard of this?

I thought the first person I heard say it was just an idiot, but now I've heard 3 or 4 other people use it.

As in... "Oh, that's so cabbage." Or "This show is so cabbage."


All I can think is that it means "corny" or something.
