OMG you guys! -clubbin last Friday So I was out at the clubs with some friends on Friday and the most startling shit happened. All the standard music was playing, with the standard amount of roughly 60% of the club patrons dancing and everyone else standing about. Nothing unusual there. 
But then the DJ makes an announcement; "Alright, y'all. I've got a special birthday request coming on up!" And what comes on, but friggin' Backstreet's Back.  <---this was me
But that's not the startling shit. Not at all. The REAL startling shit? Was that when the song started, the crowd absolutely RSUHED the floor. Guys, girls, white, asian, black, natives. There was literally noone not dancing. Everyone was out on the floor, grooving to Backstreet Boys.

Everyone from the 16 year olds that shwo up with their fakes to twenty-something to the cougar crowd. Were they all my age I wouldn't have been near as shocked. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |
