Toronto'd be just as clean as Ot-taw-a if we had the equivalent amount of absolutely-nothing-goin'-on here. razz

mad

On the surface it's a boring-ass town but it's got a wicked underground scene.

I know I had friends in the 90's who would go to raves, but I know zero about the underground scene nowadays, hook me up!

Toronto band, Toronto-area locations, genuine Toronto eccentric (Mary Margaret O'Hara - sister of Catherine and a brilliant musician).

Special to Carrie: I used to see Mary Margaret all the time on the strip of Queen St. you were a-strollin' (had her phone number at one point for some music-related thing or other). Very, very sweet and very, very nuts. lol Important note: she does not know how to tune a Yamaha DX-21 synthesizer. no no no!

Mostly Toronto-unrelated question: Anybody out there familiar with Glass Eye and/or Kathy McCarty?

who is this person and Queen & where are you talking about? Near muchmusic or closer to Yonge?

http://en.wikipedia.org/w...t_O%27Hara. Near Much.
