anyways, and i didn't read anyone else responses to this so if i step on your toes i apologize in advance. I totally believe that we've been visited for lots of reasons. The government had entire AGENCIES dedicated to nothing else for YEARS. Now they'd have you believe that there was nothing to it, but really? MILLIONS of dollars and hundreds of employees? For NOTHING? Project Blue Book, Project Grudge, etc etc. So there's that. There's STILL thousands of government documents pertaining to the subject that are STILL blacked out and haven't been released per the FOI. Don't even get me started on Area 51. But even beyond all of that. Look at how the technology of the world improved DRAMATICALLY around the time of the boom in UFO sightings. If you made a graph of it, you'd see a slow steady increase until the 50's and then a sharp spike up. In the span of like 20 years computers went from taking up entire rooms to being on top of your desk! We didn't get that much smarted THAT fast without some help. And what about Edison, Einstein, etc. Was Edison an alien? Anyway, you're all crackin' me up What about them? Einstein was a genius for sure, but look at the technology of the time? It was pretty much slow and steady for hundreds of years. Right up until the time we started getting major UFO sightings. Then in the span of a few years, computers, stealth technology, non-stick cookware, cell phone technology, night vision goggles, i could keep going. NOT TO MENTION we went to the moon once, and have had NO interest in going back? No one on the entire planet????? Really? http://www.facebook.com/p...111?ref=ts

And, don't get me started on Velcro. That's some aliens-inspired stuff, too.

i believe in aliens, or extra-terrestrials, but not in the way we've been taught to perceive them. for me they are symbols of our higher self, our better nature, our cool common sense and love, much like angels, but the cosmic version. i dont believe they are 'out there' though. they r 'in here', where we find everything else thats good about ourselves. so they can travel far as they like with probes in space, and seti can search for the rest of their lives. they can land people on mars and the moon, or even travel in our own craft to far away places...looking for intelligent life. but it all seems a bit pointless when we already have intelligent life here on earth.

Whaaaaatever. Couldn't disagree with you more. The fact that we aren't alone in the universe would be the biggest single event in the history of humankind. "the aliens are inside of us." Get outta here. http://www.facebook.com/p...111?ref=ts
