Whoever recommended King of Queens to you should be beaten... in fact CBS isn't capable of producing comedy AT ALL shake

I'm going to use the DVD set to beat them.

I have no idea of CBS' track record on comedy, but if the others are like that one, they need shut down

ITV over here has a real problem with comedy too - they continuously put on sitcoms that are as funny as an infected testicle

What kills me is that those shows are actually successful eek I guess all the old folks homes are automatically tuned into CBS, hence the ratings. It's so weird, & SO unfunny ill

Well, there's King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond (both off the air now, I think)... People go nuts over that Two & a Half Men shit which is unwatchable... I can't even list them, all their comedies are unwatchable & sad & dumber than shit...

I always forget to watch it even though I know it's a great show.

The episode where Jamie Presley had to fight my girl Juliet Lewis had me ROLLING!!!!!

True, but they're an inferior network so you'd kinda expect that. CBS comedies are stale as fuck, but ABC's pretty much are too. Fox killed their best comedy (RIP, Arrested Development cry ), NBC is really the only major American network that reliably carries decent comedies...

I don't think them being inferior networks have anything with producing comedy shows that are not funny. In fact I think ALL the network shows have declined. I just think the new wave of comedy writers are not as talented of those from the 1950's through the mid 1990's, but thats just me. Only shows that make me laugh are the cartoons.

Ehh, I dunno. I feel like all the shows from UPN/WB/CW have never elevated above "starter network" status (no, I'm not a Buffy fan & all that shit). They all feel cheap, thrown together, not well thought out. & since they never elevated themselves, I don't expect a product that competes w/ major networks. I could be wrong but I feel like Fox started off shaky years ago & has since elevated its brand, the others haven't done so. But you're right about all the network shows being in decline, I agree w/ that nod

Don't know how you feel about Smallville but I feel it is a well made show by the CW/WB. I watch that over the popular Survivor on CBS.

I've heard that Smallville is very good, but I'm really not one for the supernatural stuff (didn't watch the much heralded "Heroes" on NBC either). I admit that I'm dismissive of all their shows, even the better ones. But I just can't respect a network that pumps up Veronica Mars & Gossip Girl, ya know? ill

I LOVE THIS SHOW.
Easily the funniest show on the air to me right now.

Every week, especially this season someone gets off a CLASSIC line and the cast is perfect. Everyone contributes.

I have the first 2 seasons on DVD and every episode from this season on my DVR.

Did i mention i love this show?
