Where I've come to 4 all of U that grew up in the 30 year olds who grew up in the 80s and 90s have you changed> Are you no longer your old self> Are you looking back at things you did and regretting them? Or are you same old b.boy or girl? Working up a purple sweat.

I change significantly every 6 or 7 years.
I so hardly identify with me from the 80s and 90s I couldn't even begin to explain it all. THere are elements and traces of that me now, but I would hardly be recognizable personality wise to any of my old friends who have not kept in constant touch.

Depends.
I think anyone can look back at his or her life and reconsider decisions. That's part of the process of mining wisdom to use in the future. It's progress, in that light.

I have changed in some ways for the better but in most ways I think all who know would rather I'd not changed as much as I have but such is life.

I look back and I regret. What's weird is that I did change quite a bit, but I've actually changed BACK to what was great about me in the first place and sort of added what I learned along the way when I was really at my lowest and weakest. At least I think so But I'm just at the beginning of it. I'm the middle of the change, both going back and moving forward, at the moment. We'll see where it leads me.... I think we all change to some extent, whether we want it or not. Life, by definition, is change. Nothing ever stays the same.
No regret for me, not a second. I can't say I live up to that ideal - but if we can learn something from the bad stuff that happens to us, then the chances for regret are much diminished imo.
