Picture added edit. [Edited 4/10/08 14:16pm] Just a point...if the second picture is after she had the baby, that is probably not due to a boob job, but breast milk and a padded bra... Incase u needed to know that is Really. wow.  I'm happy now.
Come to think of that, my wife had the same thing when breastfeeding my kids. Fortunately, they went back to normal after a while.
