I change significantly every 6 or 7 years.

I so hardly identify with me from the 80s and 90s I couldn't even begin to explain it all. THere are elements and traces of that me now, but I would hardly be recognizable personality wise to any of my old friends who have not kept in constant touch.

Depends.

I think anyone can look back at his or her life and reconsider decisions. That's part of the process of mining wisdom to use in the future.

It's progress, in that light.

i'm not in my 30s, but i've changed a LOT physically and mentally in the last four years. i much prefer nearly everything about who i am now.

But I'm just at the beginning of it. I'm the middle of the change, both going back and moving forward, at the moment. We'll see where it leads me....

I think we all change to some extent, whether we want it or not. Life, by definition, is change. Nothing ever stays the same.

No regret for me, not a second.
I can't say I live up to that ideal - but if we can learn something from the bad stuff that happens to us, then the chances for regret are much diminished imo.
