Milty, you may also want to increase the amount of what RAW foods (veggies, fruits, nuts, etc.) as all of those are slow release foods and not processed. Slow Release foods control your insulin levels which control your appetite, whereas processed foods increase your insulin levels significantly which increases your body's ability to store fat, as well as increasing appetite--AND causing you to crash after a heavy meal. | |
